Cassandra Ann Smith-Tate of Shreveport, Louisiana joined her mother and brother in the arms of our Lord on September 16, 2021. Born in Shreveport to Ora Lee Jenkins Smith and Willie L. Smith Jr.
Cassandra is survived by her son Roy Tate, Jr. and wife Regina J. Tate and son Broderick Q Tate and wife Tamika L. Tate.
Her sisters Rev. Dr. Viola M. Smith Patterson, Angela Smith Williams, Melody Smith Washington, Dr. Winnifred "Wendy" Smith, Pricilla (Candy) Smith, and brothers, Wayne L. Smith Sr., Carl B. Smith, and Gregory Smith, Willie Smith, Jr., Guy Smith. Father, Willie L. Smith Sr.
The loves of her life, her beloved grandchildren Jade R. Tate, Jalen Z. Tate, Morgann Y. Tate, and Ny'lah N. Tate.
